No, you are only charged if your call connects to the number you are calling.

Yes. Simply dial the 1-800 number you wish to use, then Country Code + City Code + the number.
8. Do your low rates only apply for certain times or days of the week?
No. With all of our calling plans you will receive our low rates any time of the day, any day of the week!
9. What is the billing procedure?
Domestic and International calls are billed with a 1 minute increment.
10. Can a business use the 1-800 numbers?
Yes, you may use our 1-800 number or switch long distance.
11. Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you may discontinue service any time because there is no contract.
12. Will I be billed by my local phone company for my long distance calls?
No. You will receive a separate bill from our company for your distance calls.
13. Who do I contact if I have a question concerning my long distance service?
You can call our Customer service for any questions concerning your distance service.
14. What if I want to change or add additional numbers to my existing account?
You can simply log in through this website, our office, or call our customer service and let them know that you are a our customer.
15. How can I pay when I sign up?
You can pay by cash, check, credit card or direct withdrawal from your bank account.
16. Why are your rates so low?
We owns the network to certain countries and can offer the lowest rate. In other countries where we does not own a network, we has strategic partners who provide the company with the network.
