StepDial the Local Access or Toll Free Number
  • Please dial the Local Access Number in your area or Toll Free number.
  • The operator will notify you of the available balance in your account.
Step Enter the destination phone number
  • Calling a land line number overseas:
    • Dial country code + area code + number + "#"
  • Calling a mobile number overseas:
    • Dial country code + number + "#"
  • Calling a US or Canadian number:
    • Dial 1+ number + "#"
  
Note
Please do not press the TALK or SEND keys after the destination number.
US/Canadian calls - Must dial "1" before number.
Overseas calls - It is no longer necessary to dial "011". Please dial country code + number.
Example
Calling from Westminster, California to a land line in Saigon, Vietnam.
Step 1: Dial Local Access Number for Westminster, CA
Step 2: Operator will notify you of the available balance
Step 3: Call to Vietnam: country code (84) + province area code (8) + phone number + "#"
